Dr. Clem has been providing eye care to the Arkansas community for more than 30 years. His professional career began in Hot Springs where he was the co-owner of Optopia with his wife Shari. After a successful career, he decided to sell his practice to spend more time with his family in the mission field. Dr. Clem is very fluent in Spanish and provides detailed eye care to all of his patients including the Hispanic community.
